MY ACCOUNT and NEWSLETTER

Creating an account has numerous benefits. You can access exclusive services and areas created especially for our friends, and sign up for our Newsletter. So you can:
• Keep up-to-date with all our latest ANTI-DO-TO news
• Get previews of our most interesting articles
• Join our movement and be part of the change

You can create an account by filling out the registration form, which you can access by clicking on the “My Account” icon in the site header.  You can only access the restricted area with a personal password created and known only to you. At the end of the registration process we will send you an e-mail that will let you activate your account. 

When you register, anti-do-to.com recognizes the area you are located in and automatically links it to your account, which is then active only for that country’s version of the site. If My Account does not recognize your email address or password, please make sure you are navigating the version of the site in which you registered the account. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page and follow the procedure to create a new one.If you need any more help, please contact us, we will do everything we can to assist you. 

You can change your registration data at any time by accessing the restricted area of your account. You can also ask for your account to be closed by sending a request to our customer care service. 

Try adding the “hello@anti-do-to.com” address to the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future newsletters. If this does not work, please contact us

Should you wish to stop receiving our Newsletters, you can unsubscribe any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Newsletter. This will open a webpage where you can confirm your wish to unsubscribe.

SHOPPING

To buy a product, choose the item you want from our catalog, select color and size and add it to your cart clicking the Add to Cart button. You can continue shopping for other products on the website or go directly to the checkout phase. Please remember you can buy up to 10 items at a time. To purchase more than one piece of the same product, just change the quantity of the chosen item in your cart. If not all the products you wish to purchase are available, we’ll tell you. If you add a product by mistake, you can delete it using the delete link next to the product on the first page of the cart.

To finalize your order, just follow all the steps in the purchase process. Once you have selected the products in the size and color you want and added them to your cart, you can choose to proceed as a registered customer or as a guest (registration is not mandatory to place an order, but opening an account offers numerous benefits). Choose the payment method you prefer and proceed. For information regarding the payment methods accepted by anti-do-to.com please visit the Payment section. Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order.

You can change an order you have already placed while its status is still “pending”. Once the order has begun to be processed or shipped, however, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.

Sorry, at the moment, we can’t send gift orders or include personal messages. Each product is shipped in its original box along with a document providing an order summary including the price, so if you want to give one of our items as a gift we suggest you send it to yourself and then deliver it in person.

Promotional codes give you access to exclusive offers. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the Discount Code field at checkout and click “Apply”. Only one Promotional Code can be used for each order. If the code does not work, please double check the date of the promotion and which products and categories it can be applied to.

PAYMENT

Anti-do-to.com accepts many different payment methods, all of which are totally safe. Payment details are collected via a codification system (SSL) and the server on which transactions take place is certified by VeriSign. You can pay for your order by credit card and through PayPal.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. All transactions are controlled and managed by Adyen.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

PayPal is a completely safe online method of payment that allows you to pay for orders by directly accessing your PayPal account. Your account data and credit card information are managed directly by PayPal, who inform us, via e-mail, when payment has been made.

Your card or account will be charged on the day your order is shipped. We will send you a delivery confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and confirmation of the charge. The transaction will appear under the name of “Diana Corp”, the company in charge of processing transactions on our behalf.

Sorry, but we do not accept payments by bank transfer: you can pay by credit card or through PayPal, though.

You can save credit card details in your account and if you place orders as a registered user you will be able to access your preferred payment method and complete your purchases faster, as well as follow your orders and deliveries.

Custom and import duties are already included in the price shown in the item page for US orders. If you are ordering outside of the US, your order may be subject to custom and import duties.

We can’t calculate them during the checkout phase, as they vary widely from country to country. So, you will have to pay them separately upon delivery. For additional info regarding taxes and duties, please contact your local authorities.

DELIVERY

Every order placed on anti-do-to.com will be shipped with DHL. The available shipping options depend on the country we will be sending your order to, so please check details and options here.

All shipping is handled by DHL and the cost depends on the type of shipping you select and the country we will be sending your order to. In any case, the cost is calculated and displayed directly in your cart, please check details  here. Shipping charges do not change when you buy more than 1 article.

As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number you can use to follow your parcel directly on the DHL website and check out its status and expected time of delivery.

As a registered user you can also access your account and follow your order in the My Account area.

If no one is there to accept your package when it arrives at the specified address, the courier will leave a note with the number to contact to rearrange a new delivery time.

If your order is not delivered within the given time, we suggest that you:
• check the status of the order: as a registered user, simply access your Account, or the DHL website, and enter the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail;
• check that the specified delivery address is correct;
• if you find a missed delivery notice from the courier, you can contact them by telephone to arrange a new delivery.

All orders will be delivered in our signature ANTI-DO-TO packaging which is 100% recycled from other boxes, made in turn from FSC-approved paper from sustainable forests.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Of course. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date (calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). You just need to send us a return request by filling in the form in the Returns area on our website. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail authorizing the return.

It’s easy. All you need to do is visit our Returns area , fill in the return form and submit it by clicking on the START RETURN button.

You’ll then receive an e-mail that will guide you through the next steps in the process.

We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your returned item.

Please note that products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging included.

To return an item, please use the pre-paid DHL return label included in the parcel. Wrap the product in its original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box, making sure it covers the previous one. You can then schedule a DHL pick-up or take your shipment to the nearest DHL drop-off point. 

Please note that items from a single order must be returned in a single parcel and from the same country it was originally shipped to.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we’ll send you a new return confirmation e-mail and process your refund.

Please note that returning an item may involve paying the corresponding return shipping charges.

If this is the case, the return charges will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping charges depends on the original location.

If you lost the pre-paid DHL return label, you can contact our Customer Care service, they will provide you with all the information you need to complete your return.

If you wish to return an item using a courier of your choice it is possible, in that case all shipping costs will be on you.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the return is received and accepted. The time required for this operation may vary depending on the payment method you have used. Specifically:
